Why doesn't webmail show the images in HTML mail?

If you are using webmail in the Control Panel and your HTML messages have all images replaced with the text "This image has been removed for security reasons," this is how you enable viewing images in HTML messages:

Get into the webmail program, then click "Options" at the top, then "Display Preferences" at the top right column, then change "Display Attached Images with Message" to Yes.
