Customer Support
I want to use webmail to send to all the people in my
address book, but can't select them all at once.
Webmail is not presenting you the option to select all addresses because the program thinks that your web browser doesn't support Javascript. It is also possible that you have turned off Javascript in webmail settings. Here is how to gain the ability to select all addresses:- Login to Webmail.
- Click Options.
- Click Display Preferences.
- Under General Display Options, change Use Javascript: to Always.
- Scroll to the bottom and press Submit.
- Log out. The next time you log in, you will be able to click Addresses in the compose window and select everyone in your address book.
Of course, if your browser really doesn't support Javascript, the All links won't work.
