Customer Support
What is a good SSH or Telnet program for me to use?
Because it sends passwords across the network in an insecure format, Modwest no longer supports the use of telnet. SSH is therefore required for shell access.Putty is an ssh program that is completely free and can be obtained at http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/.
SecureCRT is available from http://www.vandyke.com/download/securecrt/index.html.
Other options are available by searching at a site like download.com.
