How do I change my password?

If you know your current password, you can use the Change Password section of your Modwest™ OnSite Control Panel.

If you forgot your password, you can go to our Forgotten Password page to get your username and a new password sent to the email address that you gave us when you signed up for hosting.

Especially if you use more than one platform, you may wish to avoid
using single quotes or double quotes in the password (ex. I'mAPassword).
Somehow my single quote got converted to something else.

PHP is sometimes configured to add slashes in front of quotes. It is
possible that your password "I'mAPassword" was turned into
"I\'mAPassword".
