Why do I Get an Error Page When Accessing Webmail with
Internet Explorer?

The latest version of internet explorer 7 released on 10/9/2007 has changed part of their default configuration to disallow third-party cookies which are necessary for your webmail to function properly.

This FAQ is only for those with the very latest version of Internet Explorer if you see an error similar to this:



If this is the error you are receiving, then you need to adjust your settings in Internet Explorer. Down in the bottom right corner you should see an 'eye' icon similar to this:



Double-click on the icon. This will open your Privacy Report window:



Select the first site listed and click on the 'Summary' button:



This will open a new window titled 'Privacy Policy':



Under the question labeled "How should cookies from "secure-webmail.com" be handled?", select the "Always allow this site to use cookies." option:



Then select 'OK', 'Close'. Then, hit 'Ctrl+F5' to reload the page for you.
