Does Modwest charge for "domain parking?"
You may want to register/purchase your domain before you associate it with any services, such as email or a web hosting account. This is referred to as "domain parking."
Modwest does not charge for domain parking, however, you will not be able to manage DNS for you domain through Modwest until you create a webhosting account.
