My Control Panel password doesn't work on the Domain registration login.
We sell domains through Dotster, an ICANN registrar we trust and with whom we are proud to be partnered. However this means that the Modwest hosting system and domain registration systems use separate and distinct login information.If you are registering a domain name for the first time through us, please chose the "New User" option in the domain registration section in order to create a new account for the purpose of registering domains. When creating a new domain registration account, if you wish to use the same username that you used for your hosting account with us, you may, although it is not required.
If you have already registered a domain on our website, and are having trouble logging back into the domain registration system, please contact us and we will help you recover access to your domain registration account.
