Customer Support
Where can I see my website if my domain registration
does not yet list the right DNS servers, or if I do not have
my own domain name?
You can see your site at http://temp.modwest.com/yourdomain.com for approximately 1 month after you sign up.That URL will automatically expire, but it should be more than enough time for you to modify your domain registration so that it lists our nameservers.
To change the nameservers associated with your domain, you can go to your domain registrar and replace the existing nameservers with ours.
To find out who your registrar is and which nameservers (DNS servers) are currently listed on your domain registration, you can use our Whois tool and type in your domain name. It will take 1-2 days after you list the correct nameservers for the world to begin finding your domain and site here.
If you chose a modwest subdomain (e.g, mysite.modwest.com), your site will be available as soon as you finish the signup process.
