How do I view full email headers?

It is often useful to examine the full headers of a received email to determine its source. To view the full headers in Modwest webmail:
  1. Login to webmail

  2. Open the message in which you would like to see the full headers

  3. Click "View Full Header" in Options, right above the beginning of the message.
Spamcop.net has a comprehensive list of other programs for which they provide steps on how to view full email headers. You can find this article at spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/19.html.

When reporting spam problems to Modwest support, copy and paste the full headers into your report.
