Toggling 'Default Email Composition Format' to 'HTML'
inside Modwest webmail only works temporarily
If you want to compose email in HTML regularly, then you'll need to complete the following steps after logging into your Modwest webmail
- Once inside your email inbox, go to "OPTIONS" >> "Display Preferences."
- Under "General Display Options" change 'Use Javascript:' to 'Always' by selecting it from the drop down box.
- Scroll toward the bottom of the page and under "Notify Popup Options' toggle 'Default Email Composition Format:' so that it uses 'HTML.'
- Click "Submit."
